1. Hotel has very modern feel about it and is spacious in lobby.

2. I did note that there is a different between the business floor and the other rooms in the hotel; the business floor has microwave, mini refrigerator and seems to be a bit more spacious.

3. Excellent location(walking distance to the pier and downtown if you want to walk, recommended for youngsters), convenient public transportation(take 30 or other lines can make you to any of the major tourism spots in the city), spacious room, clean and comfortable bed.

4. We drove down from Tahoe and they allowed us to check in early at 11am, the room was really clean, spacious, large with all the stuff you need in a hotel.
