1. The positives:(1)Wonderful view from the 27th floor (room 2723) with small balcony(2) Concierge lounge on 26th floor for those on Executive floor had decent continental breakfast (excellent pasty selection, cereal, fruit and oatmeal) and pretty good dinner snacks (varied: mini quiches, curry, cheese and crackers, fruit, desserts)(3) Very helpful staff when asked questions(4) A bed that was close to Westin heavenly quality(5) For a small bathroom, at least there was a large countertop for stuff and not a pedestal sink.
