1. Do not underestimate the fact that this is basically a business hotel, so it's not a luxury property-but, it is a great location and within walking distance to some cool places.

2. I found it hard to keep the room's fan/cooling system on to create white noise w/o either making it too hot in the room or too cold.

We really looked forward to staying in the middle of the city and with a nice bay view:)The Good stuff- We stayed at the 11th floor and had a fantastic view towards the bay- The room is not big but nice and well maintained- Check out can be done from the phone in the room :)- Location is fantastic just outside China town, with many good restaurants and a cool atmoshpere.

Location is great, walking distance everywhere, safe neighbourhood, great restaurants nearby such as House of Nan King, good value for money, really cool concrete building, retro-feeling, good fitness room, perfect with wine and coffee bar downstairs - and absolutely breathtaking view and the best desk ever.

6. My stay was for a business trip and the hotel was fine other than I could not control the temperature in the room, too cool for me.

9. It was on the 8th floor, no view, but did have the all important air conditioning, it was again an unusual warm day in San Francisco and the cool air was much appreciated.
