1. The location is truly fantastic since San Francisco is a beautiful walking city and you'll get to different neighborhoods easily from here.

2. Views of the Bay and Coit Tower from the 20th floor were fantastic and worth the extra money (since it's my first time staying in SF in 20 years, I figured it was worth the extra $30 or so bucks for a room with a view), which was offset by the AAA discount.

We really looked forward to staying in the middle of the city and with a nice bay view:)The Good stuff- We stayed at the 11th floor and had a fantastic view towards the bay- The room is not big but nice and well maintained- Check out can be done from the phone in the room :)- Location is fantastic just outside China town, with many good restaurants and a cool atmoshpere.

9. The staff is fantastic and the guys out front are super at flagging down taxi cabs and giving directions if you are driving (especially since rental car gps systems seem to have a problem in the city).
