1. The doorman said they would take cash, which, upon arrival at he airport, the driver was not that happy to do.

2. The executive lounge on level 26 was small but OK although I was disappointed that no milk was left out during the day if needed in hot tea or coffee and there is no happy hour for alcoholic drinks as is the standard for executive lounges in hotels in other parts of the world.

4. The happy hour at the lounge had chicken wings, mini quiches, and crab bites, as well as good quality cheeses and some fruit.

5. OttoCal, we've upgraded your room to the Executive level on the 25h floor which will be quieter and has a nice city view, and you have free waters in your room, free wi-fi, access to the executive level with breakfast and happy hour snacks and sodas/hot drinks.

7. We had trouble finding anyone so ended up finding staff members who we dragged into the area from the neighboring restaurant - they were not happy about it and said they were understaffed.
