Check-in was fast and trouble free, they had upgraded us to a corner room which was very spacious and had great views of SF, the beds were amazingly comfy, the location is fine as long as you dont mind using public transport to get around, the MUNI bus was a 1 minute walk away which lead into Union Square where you can catch the Trams to Fishermans Wharf, i would advise in buying a 3 day pass for around $20 each as the trams are $5 per journey.
