1. From the beginning of our stay to the end my family felt cared for and catered to.

2. I'm accustomed to walking so I found the hotel accessible and convenient though many took taxis into town but be care late in the evening if you're walking between Union Square and the Kabuki - it's a bit scary with the homeless hanging about - but as long as you're vigilant, it's fine.

5. When we arrived they had one double room left on the third floor and it was not up to standard it was also facing the busy road and tiny so we had to stay in a twin (on our honeymoon) staff where very unhelpful and made it clear they did not care.

8. However if you are needing to save a few bucks and overnight and during the day (2hr) free parking can be found on the local streets, but be careful you don't park on the side with the early street cleaning.
