1. Everything was clean, I had a sensational view across the parkland to Lake Michigan, the bed was comfortable, the room quiet and this hotel is located within walking distance of some good little cafes and shopping neighborhoods.

4. (WHAT??) I wasn't about to pack up at 1am and move and why wouldn't they just kick the ones being disruptive out after being warned multiple times?? Security was sent back up to the room and it finally quieted down.
