1. It was obviously once a very elegant hotel and the Gold room is quite spectacular,The room I stayed in was more than adequate for my needs and comfortable.

When I asked for a refund they told me that I would have to wait for a review to be done before refund would be awarded so if your wanting your stay to be a night with the crawles than you'll enjoy your stay but for us we found a cheaper but more elegant Hampton hotel to stay at just 20 min up the road in Skokie.
