1. Very handily placed for the city and a clean, comfortable family room with a well maintained bathroom and flat screen TVs (not a deal breaker but plenty more expensive places on our trip didn't have them).

6. There was plenty of hot water and we didn't ever have to wait for it, so I don't know what everyone else's issues on here was in regards to the water.
