1. The room was small and the decor was not exactly our taste, but it was very clean and quiet (19th floor).

4. First let me say that this hotel is decorated with a degree of class and taste that harkens back to the golden age of the art deco hotels yet maintains an ambiance that is distinctly neuvo and very hip.

6. The hotel is nicely decorated in a faintly hip style, the rooms are in good shape, the staff are friendly, there is free wi-fi for Kimpton in Touch members, free morning coffee and newspapers (including the NY Times and the WSJ) and a complimentary wine tasting between 5 and 6 every evening.
