1. The Allegro is situated in the theatre district, which was surprisingly quiet when we were there.

6. The pros: nice people; wine reception, free coffee in the morning in the lobby; pretty nice fitness center; free internet if you join the Kimpton program (which is free, so just do it); pretty quiet.
