1. Erica, with whom I had spoken when making our reservation, personally greeted us upon check in, then effortlessly took care of everything from the Valet parking, upgrade to a luxurious spa-like suite, and many thoughtful xtras like her welcoming note, wine/fruit/cheese plate and passes to the Blues Club where we were meeting friends that night.

3. Didn't like the fact that there wasn't tea and coffee facilities in the room but they did offer complimentary tea/ coffee in the reception area each morning and complimentary wine tasting in the evening.
