1. My TV had another persons name on it each night, I could also view their current bill on the TV which is a HUGE security breech.

6. The room itself is not huge and the bathroom is on the small side but it is extremely clean (it is not at all drab, dirty or dingy despite the age of the building), with very nice quality bedding and other amenities (large, flat screen tv, Aveda products in the bathroom, nice towels, etc.

7. (Being a Kimpton Hotel member- they let us check-in at 10:30am and we were offered a handicapped room - which turned out to be great - with a HUGE bathroom.

9. I've been to boutique hotels where the rooms were uncomfortably small, and the rooms here weren't HUGE, but they certainly didn't feel uncomfortable.
