3. Both Kimpton hotels I've stayed at had i-pod docks in the room which is a big win for me.

4. The design/decoratino of the room was fun, as with most Kimpton hotels, and brings it apart from the boring and expected hotel room decoration of many standard, big name hotels.

5. We are big fans of the Kimpton chain and of all the Kimptons we've stayed at, the Allegro has one of the largest living rooms which is nice to enjoy their festive evening wine hour which can get crowded.

6. In my opinion, they seem to be slightly smaller than Palomar, but still very good for a big city.
