1. And I haven't even gotten to the part about the complimentary wine hour, a great little social mixer held every day down in the beautiful lobby that was a perfect place to meet and mingle with other guests (a truly interesting and eclectic crowd) as well as unwind from a day of shopping and tours.

2. Upon arrival I clumsily asked the front desk girl if it would be possible to upgrade to a larger room, much to my surprise she happily obliged and set us up with a beautiful room on the 14th floor, at least twice the size of the original booking at no extra cost.
