3. On the plus side, great location - W57 between 6 and 7, right across the street from a Duane Reed and you must (must) try the little italian next door - doesnt look much but even my partner said the pizza was wonderful (and that's a rave review from him).

9. This property is so well located one wonders why the folks across the street living in multi million dollar condos just don't sell and move into the Buckingham.
