8. The neighborhood is safe, and there are plenty of 24 hour delis, a grocery store, lots of cafe-type places, several 'family' restaurants, and several large hotel 'high end' restaurants all within 5-10 minutes walk.

The suite actually has a queen-sized bed in the living room (instead of a sofa bed, which has actually been great for those sleeping in the LR), along with 2 bedside tables, 2 upholstered chairs, a dining table with 4 chairs, a large entertainment center (plenty of drawer space) and a desk and chair.
