7. The lobby staff have been extremely helpful, and both they and housekeeping have been very responsive to any problems or questions we've had.

8. I have rated this as terrible as the primary responsibility of a hotel is to provide adequate sleeping accomodation, in this respect they failed.

9. My response was `No`, hers was the same as she too had a 4 person booking in one room - same sofa bed probllem, added to by black mould and even poorer bathroom facilities.
