Pros -- excellent location (a few blocks from Central Park, across the street from Carnegie Hall, and a very short walk to Rockefeller Center and the Christmas tree), very nice staff, my suite had a huge bedroom plus a seating area, bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, lots of clothes storage, very good price for December in NYC.

9. Our stay was perfect sofabed and king sized bed comfortable, staff went out their way to help us and the hotel was in a great location 5 minute walk from Times Square, Central Park and Empire State Building.
