1. The location IS superb and trust me, you will see plenty of what the location has to offer, rather than spending any longer than you need to in the hotel.

2. Our room was clean, they were plenty of towels and I noticed some reviews said there was no refrigerator but the king concierge room does include one as well a a coffee maker.

3. Plusses: great location, rooms are big enough and clean enough, quiet, plenty of eating establishments of all sorts right near by, felt safe, good water pressure and plenty of hot water, able to regulate room temperature.
