1. Carmelo was very pleasant and helpful employee and the hotel staff is really lucky such a great employee as part of there staff.

About a week ago I visted the hotel to meet up with a relative of mine who was staying at this hotel and as we were going to catch a show we bumped into the pleasant employee Carmelo 'the doorman', who provided exceptional service and was even nice enough to go out of his way to suggest great restaurants, shows and other festivities.
