About a week ago I visted the hotel to meet up with a relative of mine who was staying at this hotel and as we were going to catch a show we bumped into the pleasant employee Carmelo 'the doorman', who provided exceptional service and was even nice enough to go out of his way to suggest great restaurants, shows and other festivities.

9. After our third day there, a console was put in front of the elevators which of course was a good thing, except all the elevators were shut down {without warning ) and my husband and I got to walk down 23 floors.
