Despite our travel agent arranging a 6 night booking for May 2012 at the Millennium Broadway New York Hotel in mid November, and paying for it in full in February, this incompetent hotel still managed to double book our room, and on arrival and without any prior notice, we were sent off to the Park Central with a letter telling the Park Central to send them a bill for our accommodation.
