3. As far as the hotel generally was concerned, all the staff we had dealings with were exceptionally friendly, the room was quite small but clean and had everything we needed, with a very comfortable bed, and was serviced regularly and thoroughly.

4. I stayed at Park Central for a couple of nights and while the hotel is in a great location (steps from both Central Park and Times Square), the rooms, passages and general setup are outdated and need a revamp.

10. I asked to speak with The general Manager and they said he had left for the day and they would have him call me in the morning - Well its 5 days later and Im home and yet to recieve a phone call.
