9. Rooms are small, wi-fi was a bit expensive at $14+ a night - especailly since you can get free wi-fi at a cafe right next door, had a problem with our door key not always unlocking the door, and it was really warm in the room - there was only a heater, no fan or AC to cool it down (luckily we figured out that you could crack a window open at night) but the staff was very helpful, housekeepers were really nice, rooms were clean, and hotel was relatively quiet.
