1. Couldnt have asked for A better stay, arrived early and to my surprise was upgraded to a great room.

2. Then they moved us to another room which had mould in the bathroom (have pics) around the shower but was a little better but yet again lights not working and they never vacuumed properly in my parents room for 3 days she dropped a chip on the floor and it was still there 3 days later.

3. If money is no object then by all means choose the Pierre, the Waldorf, Trump Towers as they will all provide better rooms and facilities but they will not beat it for location, service and value.

4. I've been to New York a number of times and stayed at better hotels, the Plaza for one, but this was the hotel I will be staying at on my future visits to the city as it gives the best overall value.

6. The hotel staff was eager to please (at the last minute, we had to extend our stay an extra day and actually received a better nightly rate from the front desk than the negotiated rate we paid through Priceline.

7. The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating and we've managed to get an upgrade each time to a better room.

8. Finally step in Park Central NY ,not much expectation till I meet the staff name Elizabeth Cacovic ,she is so helpful and polite even better then some of other five star hotel in NYC .
