5. Annette and Tony were brilliant at dealing with my internet needs and Vito on reception was great - he kindly let me check in slightly early as the rooms were ready (if they are not, then there is a storage facility for your luggage) AND pick my favourite from a couple of rooms, no problem.

9. The hopper bus stops outside the hotel for touring and is a brilliant way to see all of New Yorks numerous sights.

10. :) It wasnt just look at getting the room all in all the hotel was brilliant along with the staff and also the little corner shop located by the lifts and back entrance the man working there was so helpful in advising on medicine for my boyfriends fever - advil.
