The entrance is impressive shame the rooms let it down Our room on the 6th floor was dull and in need of a good clean The carpets had not seen a hoover in a long time No furniture had been dustered The walls were very marked and the towels paper thin The bed linen was not in good condition Very old and should off been used for dusters We have been to new York several times and this was in our opinion the worst hotel we have stayed in You are charged for wifi You are charged to store your cases and unless you are tipping well in the bar you are ignored The lifts were a joke Be prepared to wait for ever This is a busy hotel but it has no atmosphere Cant believe that anyone thinks its a good hotel.

6. I've been to new York a number of times and stayed at better hotels, the Plaza for one, but this was the hotel I will be staying at on my future visits to the city as it gives the best overall value.

8. True to her word, the next day we ended up in a much better room on 23rd floor which was perfect for our first new York break.

Despite our travel agent arranging a 6 night booking for May 2012 at the Millennium Broadway new York Hotel in mid November, and paying for it in full in February, this incompetent hotel still managed to double book our room, and on arrival and without any prior notice, we were sent off to the Park Central with a letter telling the Park Central to send them a bill for our accommodation.
