4. The hotel is large and spacious on the ground floor,lifts are organised so there is minimal waiting even at busy times and everything seems to run like clockwork.

9. Our room was spacious, but wallpaper was peeling from the walls (and was very dirty), the bed wasn't comfortable, the bathroom sink wouldn't drain, the bath tub was in poor condition and the tub/shower kind of smelled.
