1. Locationwise it's pretty good too, 5 minutes to 5th Avenue shopping and Times Square and 20 minutes good trot down to MacysHaving to pay for wifi isn't so great but seemingly there is free wifi in the lobby area.

2. The hotel was very busy but considering it is the largest in New York I felt the service was pretty good.

The general cleanliness was good, found some coffee sachets and napkins in the mini bar cabinet which had obviously been overlooked by housekeeping staff but apart from that I can't fault the housekeeping team and the girls were always friendly in the morning when we passed their cleaning carts on the corridors.
