3. The hotel itself is very nice, and well equipped, and rooms very comfortable and pleasing, but the front desk and guest services was really disappointing, and not at all what I was used to experiencing in Hilton Hotels.

10. I really loved this hotel and I am VERY hard to please ;) Hope it helps (by the way dont get you breakfast (or any meal) there, there are plenty of options near by that are delicious and far less expensive.
