3. The Hilton has a great position easy access to everything, it is however rather impersonal due its capacity and customer through put.

9. positives -- prompt and friendly check-in (am a Silver level Honours guest, ie I don't stay at Hilton properties very often, yet there was a separate counter - very convenient)- good, central location- Starbucks on property- quality toilet articles- some but not all floors have been refitted and look nice.
