5. I knew we were in for a great experience from the moment we stepped out of our airport shuttle and we're greeted by Ken who cracked a joke (with a really poor attempt at an Aussie accent) and welcomed us to the hotel.

9. As we arrived for checkin the welcome cud have been better from the assistant manager, we asked questions but he answered them for the sake of providing the answer and care factor low, we were put on a smoking floor.
