3. There was also a huge concert going on at the attached Beacon Theatre; but our room was well insulated and we didn't hear a thing, not even after all the rockers poured out onto the street below.

5. Location was near subway, across the street from a huge 24/7 market, next door to a diner-type restaurant which was perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner, 2 doors from a liquor store, w/in walking distance of other restaurants.
