2. The hotel was really busy with groups of people coming and going constanly but the rooms are nice and quiet and spacious and free internet connection down in the lobby.

4. Also there is a fast cheap clean launderette on site on the 7th floor and free use of computers printers and internet in a room off the lobby.

5. Location is perfect, staff were lovely, free wifi, checkout at noon - everything we could have asked for, really highly recommended, and I'll definitely stay here again.

6. Originally we had booked 5 nights in newyork but due to hurricane Irene we had to stay an extra 3 the staff at hotel beacon were lovely accommodating and evan let us call internationally for free when we had to reorganize our travel plans.
