3. We had a great time on our first visit to New York, and many memorable experiences, but made all the better by being able to come 'home' to our hotel each evening.

4. There is a restaurant next door that is great and even better a two story market across the street with everything including a bakery and restaurant.

7. Fairways supermarket is over the road but if you go another block further north the supermarket there is actually better with lots of ready made food which can just be heated up.

8. The staff are friendly and very helpful (we asked to move rooms due to noisy neighbours - nothing major, but distracting as we are here for work) and they couldn't have been better.

10. As we arrived for checkin the welcome cud have been better from the assistant manager, we asked questions but he answered them for the sake of providing the answer and care factor low, we were put on a smoking floor.
