1. My daughter and I shared a studio suite at this hotel and we were very happy indeed.

2. If you're expecting posh surroundings, you won't be happy here, but if you want a huge space and spotlessly clean room at a great price, the Eastgate Tower is the perfect place to stay.

3. All staff that we encountered were lovely and accomodating, we always got a smile and a good morning/evening and they were all happy to help regarding directions/things to see etc.

7. On our way out the lovely receptionist asked if we were happy and we told her the truth - she immediately started checking it out, apologising and promising to sort it out next day as the hotel was full that night.

8. My Boyfriend and I stayed here for Thanksgiving, we had never been to New York/America before but were told that all Hotel rooms were TINY so we were a bit nervous but when we arrive we were very happy with the amount of room there was and the location was great.
