1. We were so taken care of by Ash, the bellman, and how can we forget Ann, the Concierge? Ann was witty, knew all the great places to eat, how to get to our destinations the quickest way possible and was a KICK to talk to.

4. Ok so the paint was peeling in a few places and there was a bit of torn wallpaper here and there but who cares? The room was spotless, the beds comfortable and the staff very friendly.

7. Yes, the decor is from the '80's but it is very well-kept and who cares when you don't live there permanently? Great location and fabulous service, especially from the bell staff (Jerry was the best).

8. While the housekeeping staff was quite friendly and always greeted us, the front desk staff could've cared less when we were standing right in front of them and the doormen/bellmen always looked like they'd rather be anywhere else but helping customers.
