1. The staff were fantastic and went out of their way to be helpful, including putting great energy into matching us up with other guests who were travelling to the airport to save on paying for separate taxis (their initiative).

9. We were so taken care of by Ash, the bellman, and how can we forget Ann, the Concierge? Ann was witty, knew all the great places to eat, how to get to our destinations the quickest way possible and was a KICK to talk to.
