4. One thing I recommend is booking more than 2 weeks ahead, because the rates then were fantastic, they went up closer to the time we stayed.

10. We especially liked the fact that this area seemed a bit less touristy than some, so the bars, restaurants and shops nearby (including the fantastic bagel place) were used by locals.
