1. Of course it's a bit more noice on this side but none of us was disturbed in our sleep by that - Perhaps we were simply just too tired to notice :o)All of the staff members were top professional - Especially Amiee Perez helped us making this stay a really positive one.

7. Lovely hotel in middle of Times Square, the hotel was spotless and the staff professional and very helpful with luggage, getting taxis etc, amenities very good in general , will stay again .
