1. Since the area typically generates higher fares, if you get in early the rates are very valuable.

2. Lovely hotel in middle of Times Square, the hotel was spotless and the staff professional and very helpful with luggage, getting taxis etc, amenities very good in general , will stay again .

4. I am generally not a fan of huge chain hotels - and this definitely is one, but a great choice in NYC.

5. While the line wasn't typically long, they generally only had one person assigned there, and if someone was waiting for luggage to travel to the airport, they were also tracking down bags and loading them rather than someone from the bell staff.

7. The two-guest lounge limit was obviously ignored judging by the 15-minute queue for breakfast Friday morning and the general disarray and chaos of the lounge the two times we bothered to visit.
