6. I didnt expect much but was pleasantly suprised - the room was large and clean (with the exception that two used mugs from midnight hot chocolate didnt get taken away during the morning clean - which is just plain odd.

8. We stayed over Christmas and although there was nothing within the hotel particularly 'christmassy' (except 2 Christmas trees) it ran very well and there was no disruption to service.
