1. Ours was on the 35th floor and an excellent (if not the best) view, and it was quiet and not noisy at all.

2. We came for a graduation, and needed to be close to the area, enjoyed all the best of NYC and found it a pleasure to go back to the hotel at night as well as during the day to meet family members.

There are a couple of restaurants in the hotel -- one is a revolving rooftop restaurant on the 48th floor which we did not visit, the other is Crossroads, which has zero 'curb appeal' and a somewhat limited menu but the food was excellent and the waitress was the best we had all weekend -- lots of tips and info about where to go and when.

9. Tkds is located steps from the hotel but we found the best way to get cheap tickets was queue up at the theatre box offices the morning of the performances.
