1. We were on the 'Concierge' level which included a very nice breakfast each morningand a complimentary 'happy Hour' weekday afternoons with hors d'oeuvres, bottles of water, soda.

5. Elevators can be slow because of the system but we were very happy especially w discounted ratesIncidentally if u want to avoid tourist trap restaurants ,just walk 2 long blocks to 9th Avenue for a wide variety of ethnic small restaurants.

7. I constantly saw policemen patrolling the area or just hanging around to make sure everything stays safe, and they are happy to answer any questions you have.
