1. I know it's pricey, but as they say location is everything and this is right in the middle of where we wanted to be (Times Square), so that helped our trip be even more enjoyable.

2. The first lady I dealt with at the concierge was not helpful at all, however, when we went back, we were given free comedy tickets to HA Comedy night.

3. Of course it's a bit more noice on this side but none of us was disturbed in our sleep by that - Perhaps we were simply just too tired to notice :o)All of the staff members were top professional - Especially Amiee Perez helped us making this stay a really positive one.

4. Disappointed in the business center - 3 computers not functioning properly and the lady at the counter was extremely rude about helping me get tickets printed for a tour.
