4. I was a bit disappointed with the bed -it had a dial on either side which was supposed to change the bed between firm and soft but in our case whatever setting they were on my side of the bed was firm as a rock and the other really soft so I kept rolling into my partner.

5. Housekeeping supplied replacement bath products daily - the towels were soft - the bedding was comfortable - and every day we were supplied with a coffee filter pack and sugar and cream.
