1. my husband and 3 kids, 21,19 and 11 stayed in 2 rooms here for 6 nights, cannot fault the hotel it was spotless, maid came and cleaned the room every day with fresh towels every day, all staff very friendly and helpful great computer room and small gym and great location to all the sights would highly recommend this hotel, this trip was a birthday treat for me and we had an amazing time.

9. I returned to reception to have this recified and to be truthful the staff were apoligised with a smile but said nothing we can do and then argued that this had not been confirmed and even more amazing asked me to wait while they served someone who was buying water this i found very rude.
