7. Elevators were fast, but the maids' carts weren't on every floor (narrow building - no storage) and they slowed elevator service a bit when they went to work or moved from floor to floor.

10. Check-out was fast and painless, the only thing I would recommend is go to checkout earlier (or later) then prime checkout time, Not because of wait at the front desk but because the elevators are rather small and we waited a long time for an empty one when we wanted to check out.
